Last Saturday, @Calebleejl invited me to attend an event. We were to learn about Women's Rights and what they can do to use the law to protect themselves. It was a celebration of Women.
I do usually attend workshops and talks given by NGOs so I knew a little of what to expect. However, I did not expect what would happen that night.
I went in and was entertained from the get go. I was welcomed with open arms into a community I just began to be a part of. I was introduced to a few people and bumped into an old friend, @Jassicania. I took a seat and studied the terrain. I had never seen an audience as supportive as this one.
