Hell yea ..they did .
The famous usi-tech just banned the usa & canada new registrations etc.
Now the usa & canada peeps are in very panic situation that are their accounts gonna block or somthing .
But still we have to wait for the next move from usi-tech .
So don't panic and check your mails regularly .
