Good afternoon, magnificent Hive platform, a fraternal greeting, I would also like to greet the #HealthyBees community, it is the first time I have posted here through this beautiful community, so I am very pleased to tell the following story of the life and health of my dear sister.

It all begins on March 1, 2024, when my younger sister Lisbeth experiences severe pain in her stomach and in general throughout the digestive system, a situation that grew and worsened over the hours and days, so she decides to have a check-up and tests concerning this situation almost obligatorily.

She then proceeded to undergo several routine tests, including a complete hematology, urine, stool, etc., and of course among those tests was an abdominal ultrasound. Everything was going very normally, since all or almost all of these tests yielded fairly normal results, all except that first initial ultrasound, which revealed and showed the presence of a stone or a calculus in the gallbladder, a reality that caused a reaction of surprise and great concern in my sister, since the sonographer told her that these types of conditions could only be resolved with surgery or removal of said organ, that is, she had to undergo a cholecystectomy or surgical removal of the gallbladder.

I remember that in those days my sister told me that this news had changed her life, and if it had, then from that news her life had already changed. Then she began her journey and odyssey because it is no secret to anyone how the hospitals are in this country, because that was her choice, because we do not have the money for a private clinic.

They ordered a series of special tests for her gallbladder operation, which I remember the names of: cardiovascular test, complete hematology, cardiopulmonary test, among others, and all of them calculated in dollars, well, what a calamity.

In the meantime, months went by and those tests were due every 3 months, well, those tests were due twice in total and there the months went by in uncertainty, medical appointments every 15 days, in the last days of July and the first days of August there were political and social events here in the country, and so time went by and in this month of January beginning of February they were finally able to operate on my sister, with the help of God first and of many nice people who collaborated for such a noble cause, blessings to them.

The operation was performed on January 30, 2025 at the facilities of the Guacara "Miguel Malpica" hospital, which also had the link of the "Simón Bolivar" hospital located in Mariara, the latter was the key link for blood donors, since they had a blood bank there and it was mandatory for that surgery to bring at least 2 blood donors.

Well that was in summary of almost a year of adventures and medical events, thank God my sister is recovering, with diets and treatments for at least these 3 months. Buenas tardes magnífica plataforma de Hive, un saludo fraterno, quisiera también saludar a la comunidad de #HealthyBees , primera vez que público por aquí por esta bella comunidad, así que estoy muy complacido de relatar la siguiente historia de vida y salud de mi querida hermana.

Todo comienza el primero de marzo del 2024, cuando mi hermana menor Lisbeth experimenta un fuerte dolor a nivel estomacal y en general de todo el sistema digestivo, situación que se fue acrecentando y agravando a través de lss horas y días, por lo que decide de manera casi obligatoria realizarse un chequeo y exámenes concernientes a dicha situación.

Procede entonces a realizarse varios exámenes de rutina, entre los cuales estaban los de hematología completa, de orina, heces , etc etc, y claro entre esos exámenes estaba un eco abdominal, todo iba de manera muy normal pues todos o casi todos estos exámenes arrojaban resultados bastante normales, todos menos ese primer eco inicial,en el cual se revelaba y mostraba la presencia de un lito o un cálculo en la vesícula, realidad que género en mi hermana una reacción de asombro y de mucha preocupación ya que la ecografista le comento que ese tipo de afecciones solo se resolvían con una cirugía o extirpación de dicho órgano, es decir se le debía practicar una colecistectomía o extraciòn quirurgica de la vesicula biliar.

Recuerdo que por esos días mi hermana me dijo que esa noticia le había cambiado la vida, y si así lo fue, ya a partir de esa noticia su vida ya había cambiado. Inicio entonces su travesía y odisea porque para nadie es un secreto como están los hospitales en este país, porque esa era su opción, porque dinero no tenemos para una clínica privada.

Le mandaron una serie de exámenes especiales de cara a la operación de vesícula, los cuales recuerdo los nombres, examen cardiovascular, hematología completa, examen cardio pulmonar, entre otros, y todos ellos calculados en dólares, bueno una calamidad.

En ese ínterin de tiempo, pasaron los meses y esos exámenes se vencian cada 3 meses, bueno total se vencieron 2 veces dichos exámenes y allí se escurrían los meses en incertidumbre, citas médicas cada 15 días, en los últimos días del mes de julio y primeros días de agosto hubo hechos políticos y sociales aquí en el país, y así paso el tiempo y en este mes de enero comienzo de febrero fue que al fin pudieron operar a mi hermana, con la ayuda de Dios primeramente y de mucha gente linda que colaboró por tan noble causa, bendiciones a ellos.

La operación fue realizada el día 30 de enero de 2025 en las instalaciones del hospital de Guacara "Miguel Malpica", la cual contó también con el enlace del hospital "Simón Bolivar' ubicado en Mariara, este último era el enlace clave para los donantes de sangre, pues allí tenían un banco de sangre y era obligatorio para esa cirugía llevar al menos 2 donantes de sangre.

Bueno eso fue en resumen de casi un año de peripecias y acontecimientos médicos, gracias a Dios mi hermana recuperandose, con dietas y tratamientos por los menos estos 3 meses.
