One thing about life is you can never escape that no or that failure.
If you're someone that is avoiding no and wants a yes, then you keep this opportunity time to time. If you feel rejection, you avoid the opportunity and every meaningful opportunity comes with that possibility of your no.
Don't be afraid of hearing me because out of the many no's there will always be a yes. As far as you are valid, keep believing in yourself and become the best.
No one wants to be a permission or failure but everyone will still want the best. Out of those no's you still get a yes and your life will surely improve from time to time.
