Hey Family!
Sorry it's been a while. Fate seems to have whisked me away to a farmhouse at this point and I've just been thinking about my life in general and trying to figure out where things go from here.
The first few days I was just getting used to the lay of the land. There's the farm house, the neighbors, and town.
Town is a few miles away, something that's pretty navigable by bike, but difficult to imagine taking on foot. We just got some new roommates in.
As far as Catalyst the Weird is concerned, things are actually feeling pretty nebulous. I got a taste of what going out there and sharing with folks might be like, and that was pretty cool. Being on the streets isn't easy, though, and I don't particularly want to be homeless once winter rolls around.
Here's what I have going for me though.
It feels pretty close to what I'm wanting out of life. That's pretty cool.
I wish that my life had the physical intimacy and other fun stuff I still want, though, too. I feel like these things have a clear pathway for happening; I hope what I'm missing here is just some obstacle I haven't dealt with, yet.
We'll still be around and checking up on things, but unless someone wants to take up the mantle and be a Space Monkey for Catalyst the Weird, our presence in the city might not be a thing for a while.
