Three special places in Seville and how the same place becomes more beautiful at nightfall

How many times has it happened to you that the more it gets dark, the more beautiful a place becomes?
Therefore, I am going to tell you about my experience last April when I was visiting the city of Seville in the city centre and in the final part of the post I am going to show you how a beautiful place becomes a spectacular place as it gets darker.
Seville Cathedral (La Giralda)
One of the must-see places in Seville is the Cathedral, where one can get lost in the beauty of the gothic temples and I was struck by its sheer size. In fact, I found it to be the third largest cathedral in the world.

But its great popularity is not due to its sheer size, but to the presence of a large battlement called the Giralda, almost 95 metres high, where there is a bronze statue at its peak called the Giraldillo which acts as a weather vane and represents the victory of faith.

A unique enclave in the city of enormous beauty of which I have already presented some photos on other occasions.
It has a central building that looks golden at sunset.
It also has two large lateral towers next to the canal, which allows us photography lovers to take pictures of reflections as long as the wind does not move the water too much.
Gold Tower
The Gold Tower is one of the buildings that I have most enjoyed photographing during my stay in Seville and it has allowed me to discover how the same place in different perspectives, with slightly different light and above all at different times of day can gain in beauty.

With an hour to go before sunset, the Gold Tower in Seville, located on the banks of the Guadalquivir river, presents a certain architectural beauty, but without attracting too much attention.

The next day, being a sunnier day, I returned again to the Gold Tower, but this time I stayed in a side street to photograph it instead of doing it from the San Telmo bridge.
And after waiting for about 10 minutes, the sun had almost completely fallen, allowing me to capture the silhouette of the tower, the nearby palm trees and also the wake of a plane in the upper left corner approaching the tower.

After the previous photos, I took the opportunity to eat a couple of tapas in a bar waiting for it to get a little bit dark, but without it being total night to approach the bridge of San Telmo.
And as you have been able to see, a beautiful place became perhaps one of my favourite photos of this last year.
