I've been a bit M.I.A. the last few weeks because I went on a much needed vacation with my family two weeks ago, but the last week has been extra crazy at work playing catch-up so I've had very little time for me.
I hope these full moon photos from the first night of my vacation will help you forgive me.
At first, I was pretty stoked about the last bit of sunlight hitting the buildings, but then I saw it...can you see it?
The full moon set against the colors from the Belt of Venus. Really wish I would have brought a longer lens, if only for these shots.
I was really pushing the 16-35mm lens I had on my camera. This was shot in crop mode plus I cropped in nearly to 100%. I had some great alignment opportunities with the buildings as the ship left the harbor
Once we got out to sea this cruise ship lined up nicely with the moon and the light reflection off the water.
