Desde el actual rol que estoy desempeñando y asumiendo de forma muy responsable como asesora de una comisión de educación del municipio en el cual resido, luego de unos planteamientos y antecedentes de lo que se observa por los distintos medios de comunicación y redes sociales a nivel tanto internacional como nacional debemos hacer un paréntesis y dejar de preocuparnos por lo que escuchamos y empezar por ocuparnos en ello y el propósito luego de analizar, se pudiera diagnosticar la importancia de la formación para la paz como una manera que requiere de una concepción pedagógica de prevención que prepare al futuro docente y entorno en la búsqueda de nuevas formas de gestión que sustentadas en la labor educativa promuevan innovaciones educativas que constituyan opciones sostenibles de solución de conflictos desde una orientación positiva que pondere a una cultura de la no violencia sustentada en el diálogo, la aceptación y el respeto al derecho de los demás.
From the current role that I am playing and assuming in a very responsible way as advisor of an education commission of the municipality in which I reside, after some approaches and background of what is observed by the various media and social networks at both international and national level we must make a parenthesis and stop worrying about what we hear and start to deal with it and the purpose after analyzing, we could diagnose the importance of training for peace as a way that requires a pedagogical conception of prevention that prepares the future teacher and environment in the search for new forms of management that supported in the educational work promote educational innovations that constitute sustainable options for conflict resolution from a positive orientation that weighs a culture of nonviolence based on dialogue, acceptance and respect for the rights of others.
y a su vez proponer estrategias que de alguna manera disminuyan las señales de violencia y sus incidencias en los espacios educativos en cualquiera de sus niveles y modalidades, establecidos en la construcción nacional y la ley orgánica de educación de Venezuela, este tema del cual les comento estará enmarcado dentro de una investigación cualitativa dónde cada quien pueda expresar su punto de vista según su concepción y que básicamente consistirá en observar de manera muy directa las prácticas de los grupos y poder participar en ellas para contrastar la veracidad de lo que la gente dice y lo que hace.
and in turn propose strategies that somehow decrease the signs of violence and its incidence in educational spaces in any of its levels and modalities, established in the national construction and the organic law of education of Venezuela, this topic of which I comment will be framed within a qualitative research where everyone can express their point of view according to their conception and that basically will consist of observing very directly the practices of the groups and to participate in them to contrast the veracity of what people say and what they do.
Actualmente la violencia es el tema que la está dando la vuelta al mundo por los hechos ocurridos en estados unidos, por el acceso de armas a la población y por ende a los hogares ya que poseen diversos tipos y en consecuencia los menores tienen la disponibilidad para usarlas, este asunto es un complejo fenómeno social que ha impactado y nos conmueve como seres humanos y nos llena de impotencia.
Currently, violence is the issue that is turning the world upside down due to the events that occurred in the United States, due to the access of weapons to the population and therefore to homes since they have different types and consequently minors have the availability to use them, this issue is a complex social phenomenon that has impacted and moves us as human beings and fills us with impotence.
En nuestra vida cotidiana la violencia está provocando daños físicos, morales pero sobre todo el psicológico en tal sentido se puede resaltar, el peligro para la vida de las personas que son víctimas de acoso y maltratos por otros que se creen más fuertes y poderosos sobre los más débiles e indefensos, desconocemos lo que cada quien tiene en su cabeza y lo que vive diariamente.
In our daily life, violence is causing physical and moral damage, but above all psychological damage. In this sense, we can highlight the danger to the lives of people who are victims of harassment and mistreatment by others who believe they are stronger and more powerful over the weakest and defenseless, we do not know what each person has in their head and what they live daily.
Los espacios educativos no están exento de manifestaciones o de situaciones de ser acosados en sus múltiples características y que en otros términos los conocemos en nuestro país como chalequeo, mamadera de gallo, burlas, entre otras y son identificados como violencia estudiantil y que afecta la sana convivencia de la misma, el clima psicológico y emocional que debe primar en todas los centros de formación.
Educational spaces are not exempt from manifestations or situations of being harassed in its multiple characteristics and that in other terms we know them in our country as chalequeo, mamadera de gallo, mockery, among others and are identified as student violence and that affects the healthy coexistence of the same, the psychological and emotional climate that should prevail in all training centers.
La violencia en sentido general o en forma particular, impacta en cualquiera de las etapas el desarrollo de las actividades que generan circunstancias que entorpecen la formación y progreso del docente en desagrado y desmotivación.
Violence in general or in particular, has an impact on any of the stages of the development of the activities that generate circumstances that hinder the training and progress of the teacher in displeasure and demotivation.
Es por ello y por todo lo antes expuesto que iniciamos la elaboración sobre un plan de acción, la cual consta de visitas a las diferentes instituciones que nos permitan el fácil acceso a las instalaciones y obviamente a la información que se recaba mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario con la técnica de la encuesta, orientadas o dirigidas básicamente a docentes, estudiantes y aquellos u aquellas personas dispuestas a compartir sus experiencias producidas por la relación interpersonal a través del diálogo con los actores del proceso.
It is for this reason and for all of the above that we began the elaboration of an action plan, which consists of visits to the different institutions that allow us easy access to the facilities and obviously to the information that is collected through the application of a questionnaire with the survey technique, oriented or directed basically to teachers, students and those or those people willing to share their experiences produced by the interpersonal relationship through dialogue with the actors of the process.
Es una necesidad prioritaria e imperante que nos demanda a buscar posibles soluciones, con miras a erradicar está triste realidad que es visualizada en sus múltiples factores, que causan conflictos y de cómo se puede contribuir en los procesos educativos.
It is a priority and imperative need that demands us to look for possible solutions, with a view to eradicate this sad reality that is visualized in its multiple factors that cause conflicts and how it can contribute to the educational processes.
Dicho con otras palabras, al no poder haber contradicción entre el fin y los medios, quedan implicadas, individual y colectivamente, no sólo la dimensión cognitiva, sino también las actitudes y acciones de una formación para la paz desde la comisión como una propuesta fundamentada en lo antes mencionado y por ello surge la necesidad de preparar a las nuevas generaciones para enfrentar con soluciones pacíficas las pugnas y que están presentes en la vida cotidiana, a nivel macro y micro social, centrado en la formación de valores morales por su alto papel regulador y contralor.
In other words, since there can be no contradiction between the end and the means, not only the cognitive dimension is involved, individually and collectively, but also the attitudes and actions of a training for peace from the commission as a proposal based on the above mentioned and therefore the need to prepare the new generations to face with peaceful solutions the conflicts that are present in everyday life, at macro and micro social level, focused on the formation of moral values for their high regulatory and controlling role.
Se orientará hacia la convivencia ciudadana, la autoestima, los proyectos de vida y la regulación ética de la conducta a partir del humanismo como principio estructurador, para dicho abordaje se realizará un programa que iniciará con una charla de abogados, fiscales y otros especialistas en el tema, caminatas con detalles alusivos.
It will be oriented towards citizen coexistence, self-esteem, life projects and the ethical regulation of conduct based on humanism as a structuring principle, for this approach a program that will begin with a talk by lawyers, prosecutors and other specialists on the subject, walks with allusive details will be carried out.
Es de gran relevancia que está planificación se lleve a cabo y se cumpla con todos los parámetros de bioseguridad y que la misma emita resultados positivos para el bienestar de todos, para ello la misma estará basada en un ámbito de reflexión, sensibilización, concientización y una práctica tanto en el aula, como fuera de ella, acorde con una cultura de paz aprendiendo así que si queremos paz, la paz misma es el camino.
It is of great importance that this planning is carried out and complies with all the biosafety parameters and that it produces positive results for the well-being of all. To this end, it will be based on an environment of reflection, sensitization, awareness and practice both in the classroom and outside it, in accordance with a culture of peace, learning that if we want peace, peace itself is the way.
