Early start with sun streaming through the bedroom door. I pull it closed when I go to bed but the nocturnal visits left it open. Did not get up to take sunrise photo. My wife left early to go run her crochet class.

Went out to shred stuff I cut down yesterday - each hour of cutting requires one hour of shredding. Amazing that one can do 10,000 steps in a day with only two trips to the compost heap 100 metres away - back and forth on a 10 metre deck.
