What a great review! The romance genre is one I usually avoid, but this one sounds appealing, with the silent hero and the way "disability is a central focus, and I found it refreshing to see a story that doesn't treat it as something to be fixed, instead it's about accepting people as they are" - what's that phrase about not every nail being in need of a hammer?
I too am leery of love at first sight, and rushing into romance, but you make me want to give this book a chance.
about healing, accepting and seeing beyond the surface to try to get to someone's heart
