Every death steals possibilities - yes.
We are to believe that other doors open, other paths are cleared, but I am weary of finding ways to regard death, Loss of a Loved One, the empty spot. Yes, empty spaces get filled the way space you cleared in a garden will fill in with weeds - unless we are oh, so vigilant, guarding that space, protecting it from being filled in by the unwanted, unnecessary, unproductive stuff...
