Love it! Our middle child spent a year in Spain, learning the -th sounding Spanish. Our son has been living in Mexico for three years and is dating a native of Colombia (she speaks no English, but he's fluent). I'll have to ask him if he's noticed the "doctor" thing.
Our youngest used to watch "Velvet" (a Spanish soap) with English subtitles. She was fluent (after some college classes in Spanish), but both daughters have lost a lot of that fluency due to not using the language. Gotta keep up the Spanish radio, TV, books - but they don't.

Have you tried Babbel ?
