I love your enthusiasm!
Lady Graves was set in the time of Napoleon. In Germany.
"She came in through the kitchen window" - actually, she knew where the spare key was, as her son had lived in this college apartment. She sneaks in, cleans the kitchen, cooks dinner, feeds the guys - and they love this intruder - but their girlfriends find out and quickly send her packing because who is this lunatic and why would you trust her, living out of a minivan she'd spray-painted... next, she drives to Arizona, to her mom's cousin Lenna, but Lenna never shows up. Just her son, cousin Rory....

Sometimes, trying to use daily prompts to continue a story can lead to a derailment.
Me, derailed. I need not blame anyone else for that.
If the train went off the track, would Carol find her way back....
I'm still working on it!
Yesterday's disaster (so determined to go back to the river) reminds me how easy it is for me to get stuck in stupid messy situations.
Ok, let's get busy writing.
Thanks again for encouraging me!
