I love Deborah! Love the outdoor quartets, the live music, soooo much.
It's fun watching You-Tube videos t home with Miles: "I know that guitarist," that keyboard player, that bassist, "I've taken lessons with that guy, but he's dead now," "I jammed with him in Chicago (but he's dead now).....

And he's had bass lessons from Matt Ulery. The best musicians know they are never beyond learning more, so they continue taking lessons, while certain writers tell me they are beyond p*ssed that I would presume to offer them suggestions on how to make their manuscript better.

Someday I will learn that even when people ask what I think of something, they really do not want to know.

So we tell people only what they apparently want to hear, regardless of their claims of wanting our "honest" opininon. Almost nobody wants that. Except for masochists like me.
