Blogger platform is not updated in a long time, but wordpress is updating its platform regularly.
In case of blogger you are not the owner of your blog. Blogger can delete your blog any time but form wordpress you are the owner.
Blogger site appearance is not attractive but for wordpress you can customize in any look.
Blogger support is limited but in case of wordpress you will find a lots of support.
Blogger widget is limited but for wordpress thousands of plugin is available.
