Hola saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive. Les invito a recorrer y conocer un poco más sobre la hermosa plaza llamada conocida como Plaza Girardot o Plaza el Águila esta queda en Maracay estado Aragua, Venezuela. Al mismo tiempo deseando que disfruten del hermoso jardín y animales que la rodean.
Esta plaza es muy conocida por ser uno de las centro de recreación de la ciudad de Maracay, conocida también como la Ciudad Jardín ya que a su alrededor cuenta con algunos otros lugares que le permite a los maracayeros y turistas conocer y disfrutar de las historias así como de las emblemáticas estructuras que nos ofrece el estado y la nación.
Hello greetings to all the Hive community. I invite you to tour and learn a little more about the beautiful square known as Plaza Girardot or Plaza el Águila this is in Maracay Aragua state, Venezuela. At the same time wishing you to enjoy the beautiful garden and animals that surround it.
This square is well known for being one of the recreation center of the city of Maracay, also known as the Garden City because around it has some other places that allows the Maracayeros and tourists to know and enjoy the stories as well as the emblematic structures that offers us the state and the nation.
La plaza Girardot fue llamada así en honor de Atanasio Girardot, un prócer de la época de la independencia que colaboro con Simón Bolívar en campañas. El monumento fue inaugurado el 5 de julio de 1897. En el centro de la plaza está ubicada una fuente ornamental con la estatua de bronce de Atanasio Girardot esta posee un color negro que realza a simple vista.
Girardot Square was named in honor of Atanasio Girardot, a hero of the independence era. The monument was inaugurated on July 5, 1897. In the center of the square is located an ornamental fountain with the bronze statue of Atanasio Girardot this one has a black color that enhances at first sight.
Esta también se le conoce como Plaza del Águila en la zona sur de la plaza se encuentra un monumento creado en memoria de los estados unidenses que murieron ejecutados en Puerto Cabello por unirse a la causa independentista de Francisco de Miranda, esta estructura se hace muy visible y su diseño no pasa desapercibido.
This is also known as Plaza del Águila in the southern part of the square is a monument created in memory of the United States who died executed in Puerto Cabello, for joining the cause of independence of Francisco de Miranda, this structure is very visible and its design does not go unnoticed.
La plaza se ha convertido en todo un monumento histórico en la ciudad de Maracay por ser uno de los espacios urbanísticos creados para el deleite de los maracayeros y todo el que desee visitar y conocer esta plaza de recreación. Muchas personas visitan esta plaza para descansar y observar la hermosa naturaleza y disfrutar del ambiente natural, a pesar de que el lugar es bastante cálido, eso no impide que sea agradable ya que cuenta con suficientes árboles.
The square has become a historical monument in the city of Maracay for being one of the urban spaces created for the delight of the Maracayeros and everyone who wants to visit and know this recreational square. Many people visit this square to rest and observe the beautiful nature and enjoy the natural environment, although the place is quite warm, that does not prevent it from being pleasant because it has enough trees.
La plaza está ubicada cerca del centro de la ciudad y que por lo general habrá algo de distracción en el ambiente por los ruidos de tránsito y de personas. Con todo eso no deja de ser un lugar encantador, muchos de las personas que vienen de hacer sus compras y diligencias no pueden evitar sentarse en los bancos y deleitarse en la hermosa fauna, flora y la brisa que nos hace sentir bien.
The plaza is located near the center of the city and usually there will be some distraction in the environment by the noise of traffic and people. However, it is still a charming place, many of the people who come to do their shopping and errands can not help but sit on the benches and enjoy the beautiful fauna, flora and the breeze that makes us feel good.
Por otro lado este cuenta con un espacio sumamente extenso para explorar y conocer cada rincón de la plaza. Mientras exploraba la plaza observe una estructura muy hermosa que llamo bastante mi atención por lo que lleva a preguntarme que obra era por lo que me llevo a investigar lamentablemente no logre conseguir nada en concreto que me guiara o me diera alguna información, lo único que puedo recordar de ese día que logré verla y por ende no podía quedarme sin palpar la obra. La toqué con mis manos y la sentí bastante rustica pero dura como si fuera hecha de concreto.
On the other hand this has an extremely extensive space to explore and know every corner of the square. While I was exploring the square I noticed a very beautiful structure that caught my attention so it led me to wonder what work was so I took me to investigate unfortunately I could not get anything concrete to guide me or give me any information, the only thing I can remember that day I managed to see it and therefore I could not stay without touching the work. I touched it with my hands and felt it quite rustic but hard as if it was made of concrete.
La plaza cuenta con un bordado en forma de anillo rodeada de flores, arbustos y árboles que la hace ver muy decorada permitiendo a los visitantes y lugareños que transitan por este espacio de recreación disfrutar de la hermosa vista que nos ofrece la plaza. Que no solo está rodeado de vegetación sino que también en los arboles viven algunos animales tales como iguanas, ardillas y hermosas palomas. Estas últimas siempre están ubicadas en el piso y las personas le echan maíz, arroz o algo de comer.
The square has a ring-shaped embroidery surrounded by flowers, bushes and trees that makes it look very stately allowing visitors and locals who pass through this recreational space to enjoy the beautiful view offered by the square. It is not only surrounded by vegetation but also in the trees live some animals such as iguanas, squirrels and beautiful pigeons. The latter are always located on the ground and people throw corn, rice or something to eat.
Tuve la oportunidad de estar allí por un momento y les puedo decir que fue agradable porque observé algunos animales increíbles el tiempo que estuve allí compartiendo con mi esposo la pasamos muy bien y sobre todo descansamos lo suficiente para continuar porque estábamos bastante cansados y agotados de haber caminado y conocido lugares, como la Catedral de Maracay, la emblemática Torre Sindoni y esta maravillosa plaza, un lugar perfecto para descansar y encontrarse con uno mismo. Una vez que estas allí no deseas irte, a mí me pasó, espero volver un pronto.
I had the opportunity to be there for a moment and I can tell you that it was nice because I observed some incredible animals the time I was there sharing with my husband we had a great time and above all we rested enough to continue because we were quite tired and exhausted from walking and knowing places, such as the cathedral of Maracay, the emblematic Sindoni tower (LINK) and this wonderful square, a perfect place to rest and find yourself. Once you are there you do not want to leave, it happened to me, I hope to return soon.
