currently only existing tipu curators can do this - at one point tipu curators could recommend in new curators but they have frozen this for a while. If they open it back up for curator recommendations again I would be happy to recommend you in. Also don't forget that you can always drop posts you curate off in c-squared discord for an extra upvote.
