Ésta significativa frase nos invita darle más importancia al amor, la familia y los amigos, a los sentimientos más que al valor material de las propiedades y objetos como celulares, computadores, ropa nueva, bienes inmuebles, entre otros. Debemos darle prioridad a lo que realmente tiene valor, a las experiencias que nos hacen felices, los momentos inolvidables al lado de los seres que amamos. La salud, el bienestar, la armonía, y otros tantos valores que no tienen nada que ver con cuentas bancarias, liquidez, herencias, ni nada que se le parezca.

Durante este tiempo de aislamiento y pandemia, hemos añorado esos momentos festivos, de compartir, de disfrutar de la compañía de nuestros seres amados. Así mismo hemos tenido carencias materiales sin las cuales nos hemos dado cuenta que podemos vivir. Entonces no son imprescindibles, pero del calor humano y familiar si necesitamos todos. No dejemos de aprovechar los momentos felices que nos da el amor y no el oro. Lo material nos da placer y comodidad pero nada comparado con el afecto, que es lo que realmente llevamos en nuestros corazones y nos hace sentir vivos. Es lo que nos llevaremos más allá del plano terrenal. Lo material se queda en la tierra.
During this time of isolation and pandemic, we have longed for those festive moments, of sharing, of enjoying the company of our loved ones. Likewise, we have had material deficiencies without which we have realized that we can live. So they are not essential, but human and family warmth if we need all of them. Let's not stop taking advantage of the happy moments that love gives us and not gold. A estas alturas todos debimos aprender de lo que nos está pasando, de las experiencias difíciles que seguramente nos han hecho mejores personas, más humanos, con más fe y esperanza. La prioridad es el amor. El mundo lo necesita para renovarse con fe y esperanza.
