Hate me for my political views? We need to talk.

I understand why you might hate people whose views differ from yours. But please hear me out. :)

Some ideas for dealing with the hate in uncertain and dangerous times:

• Download the free Insight Timer app to start meditating!
• Try yoga -- any kind will do! I like yin and vinyasa, which are free all over the internet.
• Remember that however much you disdain someone else's views, it's highly likely they have good intentions.
• When you find yourself becoming reactive on the internet (or in person), take a few (or a LOT) of deep breaths before you respond. :)
