I was supposed to shoot with a couple new models this weekend. I was pretty excited because I haven’t had new faces in front of the camera for a hot minute. However, both cancelled shortly before the shoot claiming illness, only to forget that we follow each other on instagram so I could see their Instagram Stories as they went out drinking shortly after. SO, that was nice. It stung a bit, but I’m pushing past it. I got stuff to accomplish this year. Can’t be slowed down.
So I jumped in front of the camera to try out some new gels I grabbed at the store. I got a couple different color combos to play with, so hopefully I can get back in front of the camera and shoot some more tests this week.
I didn’t intentionally do it, but the makeup I chose was primarily two vivid colors- bright blue and bright pink. Naturally, it made a two-tone effect on my face, but I kinda dig it.
I did the makeup, hair, modeling and lighting. My lady took the photos for me.
