I turned on the tv today and Bernie Sanders was holding a 'town hall' meeting. whoever that lady from fox new was interviewing him and she suggested that the only reason that Bernie wants 18 year olds to vote is so that he can recieve more young votes. The way the debate should have been handled was Bernie should have told the women to read the constitution of the United States, because the Constitution says that 18 year olds should vote -period- Instead Bernie started talking about some situation that he made up where large groups of law abiding citizens (that are not in jail, and are not here illeagly) are denied the right to vote. The only time that I can remember that sort of thing being an issue was in about 2012 where members of the black panther party stood outside of poleing centers and tried to intemidate people to vote for barak husain obama.
I think what Bernie might be refering to is the fact that he thinks that people that are currently in jail should be able to vote (that is an insane thought) Bernie also thinks that people that break the law and enter our country without permission should have a say in how the laws are shaped in this country (that is beyond crazy)
