As short as life is, ive been spending a lot of time at work. Its ok because the night was so busy that it went by kind of quick. I had the usual 2 patients, but both of them were more on the severe side. Plenty of bad breathing and had both people on the CPAP machine. Both a little hard to fix but i did the best i can. Some people can be fixed easier than others, while some patients are very hard to fix.
Fix, in regards to their breathing while asleep. My one guy was having a lot of Central Apneas, which is a complete stopping of breathing during sleep. Has a lot of heart issues which lends itself to such issues. Even with the CPAP, his breathing still stops for about 15 seconds at a time. Then in REM sleep, suddenly the breathing gets better, so he was only kind of fixed.
Anyways, it took me forever to make my coffee and i hardly had time to make this coffee, maybe around 3am or so i finally got the chance....
This here....is a Gevalia, 2 step Frothy Cappuccino. Its simple, the froth powder is like a dry milk, but the ingredients are relatively simple, not full of a list of nonsense which i like. The Gevalia brand is pretty good, and known worldwide im sure.

This is not a gourmet setup, just the convenience of a K cup but it will do. I forgot to mention that im trying a kind of creamer thats made by Silk. Someone has some in the fridge here, and im a bit of a vulture, so into the work fridge i go.
Its really tasty. An Oat Milk coffee creamer, maple brown sugar flavored and it is dammmm good.
Because its Cinnamon Cup Coffee, and cheers to you. No extra sugar this time. I can assure that i drank this too quickly and i wish i can make another one, but time is short. I must keep writing notes for my tests. Scoring the study to finish marking awakenings and such.

Its been a mission with the ladies here at work, well their mission. To join in on a pelaton app workout past few months. I just join in with them when i can, i don't subscribe to it.
