I was introduced to Yoga Gardens at that ecstatic dance beach jam. This captivating yogi, who hopefully looks into Steem, is cultivating peace through yoga gardening in urban areas of extreme discomfort. What's serendipitous is that this is exactly what I've been thinking about almost everyday. Traveling on the train in the morning through these neighborhoods, I see plots of land that need reviving. Gardening -- I envision endless supplies of fruit trees, berry bushes, herb gardens, vegetables -- is a healing practice. Aside from the act itself, the nutritional energy that is produced is what will heal a lot of troubled states of being. Let's turn unproductive and unaesthetic land into vibrant beacons of health and love. I hope to gain firsthand experience with this organization.
Here are some examples of how I'm growing my gardening skills.
Parsley - detox and endocrine gland balance
Mint - digestion and freshness
Onions - funkalicious
Rosemary - heart
Basil - potent prime
Regenerative Detoxification. Berries electrify the mind, body, and spirit. Test an idea as time has come and try consuming a majority of raw fruits, berries, and melons in your diet. You will be hydrated with boundless neurotransmitter activity. Your organs of elimination will turn on to eliminate sewage and filter acidosis from the body. Combining fruits, berries, melons, vegetables, and botanicals is an upstream solution to healing the planet.
Namaste,
Captain
