I was introduced to the concept of iridology this past year by Dr. Robert Morse. It's the easiest and most non intrusive way to see what's going on inside of you. Watch his videos for more insight.
I would recommend looking at your kidney and adrenals. I believe I've noticed some changes over the year, especially around the pupil in the GI tract area. I've also noticed lymph fluid clearing out.
Does anyone have any experience with iridology? Any thoughts?
