The template for round 141 of the contest is once again a medieval-looking building, embedded in an appealing landscape. The vegetation and mood of the image speaks to a more southern location.

Initially, I considered creating something in a desert warrior theme. But then I thought something colder might be a nice contrast.
In the end, it became the story of a lone warrior who keeps guard at the grave of his brothers in arms, or briefly remember them there.
In his castle, the watch fires are burning under the sky with the 4 moons.

But even in this world of cold and death, there is hope. Thus, in the light of the mystical Aurora Borealis, the forget-me-nots bloom. They are the element of the living. I hope you like my creation.

Die Vorlage für Runde 141 des Contests ist wieder einmal ein mittelalterlich wirkendes Bauwerk, eingebettet in eine ansprechende Landschaft. Die Vegetation und die Stimmung des Bildes spricht für einen eher südlichen Ort.

Anfangs habe ich mir überlegt, etwas in einem Wüsten-Krieger-Thema zu kreieren. Doch dann dachte ich, etwas Kälteres wäre vielleicht ein schöner Kontrast.
Am Ende wurde es die Geschichte eines einsamen Kriegers, der am Grab seiner Waffenbrüder wacht, oder ihnen dort kurz gedenkt.
Auf seiner Burg lodern die Wachfeuer unter dem Himmel mit den 4 Monden.

Doch auch in dieser Welt der Kälte und des Todes, gibt es Hoffnung. So blühen im Licht der mystischen Aurora Borealis die Vergissmeinnicht. Sie sind das Element des Lebendigen. Ich hoffe euch gefällt meine Kreation.
