We were recently asked by a local business, Casa Maria's Mexican Cantina, to shoot some food and drink photos. While we don't normally do a lot of food and drink photography, I thought this would be super fun so we booked the job. Turns out it was very enjoyable and we got to see a vast variety of new brunch dishes as well as some amazing drinks to capture.
The mastermind behind the menu is owner/chef Jesus Mendoza whose focus was to put his own spin on authentic delicacies he's known his whole life. Growing up in Mexico, he learned how spices come together cooking alongside his mother Maria. He quickly found that in America, chefs are more like artists and began the journey to learn how to be creative and bring authentic dishes to life as modern Mexican cuisine.
Such a great time getting to know Jesus and Crystal at Casa Maria as well as an opportunity to see all these amazing food and drink items coming to their new menu!
