Fantastic post, I have never seen Aspen and was actually curious to see what it was like. My restaurant chain started out there in fact and spread nationwide after that.
I was just posting on Dave's blog saying I really want to visit Colorado because it looks beautiful. Looks a lot like northern California actually.
