Hailey's lips are stained by the hibiscus tea I brewed for her.
Jack is feeling empty as he waits in the corner. His cracked
glass limbs ache to embrace us again.
We hold tightly onto our Princess House tea cups,
raise our pinkies up, and they become midget radio
antennas searching for enlightenment.
This tames and soothes us from breaking back
into habit. Once we were alcoholics. Now Jack
watches as we slowly become sweet diabetics.
