La verdad es que el cuidado de la piel es más importante de lo que pensamos, mantener nuestra piel hidratada y protegida; la verdad es que no se necesitan tantos productos ni tampoco gastar tanto dinero en ello. La verdad todo mi SkinCare es de farmacia específicamente de una de las cadenas más grandes en mi país y sinceramente lo voy comprando poco a poco, pero en este post quiero hablarles sobre estos productos pero incluido en la rutina básica que debemos cumplir.

The truth is that all my SkinCare is from a pharmacy specifically from one of the biggest chains in my country and honestly I buy it little by little, but in this post I want to talk to you about these products but included in the basic routine that we must fulfill.
1| Limpieza
1| Cleaning
Como saben los factores externos del medio ambiente e incluso el mismo proceso de nuestra piel deja impurezas, estas impurezas debemos removerlas para ello necesitamos un Limpiador, siento que he hablado del mismo muchas veces, pero es la Solución limpiadora de Dernier; es un limpiador bastante sutil que tampoco se siente astringente ni agresivo, lo he comprado en varias ocasiones y es realmente mi producto estrella.
En caso de tener maquillaje, entonces estoy realizando una rutina de: crema desmaquillante, ahorita encontré la de Ponds, me encanta que quita el pigmento de los ojos y las capas de maquillaje casi que inmediatamente. Como la crema es un poco pesada siempre remuevo con Agua Micelar e incluso hay días donde solo con el Agua Micelar de Valmy remuevo mi maquillaje.
Así que son 3 productos los que uso para la limpieza.

In case I have makeup, then I'm doing a routine of: makeup remover cream, right now I found the one from Ponds, I love that it removes eye pigment and layers of makeup almost immediately. As the cream is a bit heavy I always remove with Micellar Water and there are even days where I remove my makeup with Valmy's Micellar Water alone.
So that's 3 products I use for cleansing.
2| Hidratación
2| Hydration
Es muy importante que después que removamos las impurezas, debemos hidratar el rostro para dar una apariencia de piel fresca, para ello en las mañanas uso primero un Tónico, hablo de la bruma tonificadora de Dernier el cual ayuda a hidratar y también sella el maquillaje; es doble función. Para hacer la hidratación en las mañanas uso dos productos que voy rotando; el más frecuente es la Emulsión Hidratante Activa de Renedesses, es una hidratación muy profunda pero al mismo tiempo me deja la piel matte sin brillos, y otros días uso el Gel Hidratante de Valmy, el cual me gusta porque me deja la piel muy fresca.
Para la hidratación de la noche, uso también un tónico hidratante de la línea de Specifics,el mismo es de pepino y es bastante bueno, me gusta como deja la piel. Para terminar la rutina de hidratación de la noche uso la Crema S de ponds, la cual es la única crema para la noche de los productos de farmacia que no me causa alergia y que más bien me ayuda muchísimo a hidratar.
Para la rutina de hidratación no es necesario tener tónicos, pero como yo los uso hidrante los he metido en este paso.

For morning moisturizing I use two products that I rotate; the most frequent is Renedesses Active Moisturizing Emulsion, it is a very deep moisturizer but at the same time it leaves my skin matte without shine, and other days I use Valmy Moisturizing Gel, which I like because it leaves my skin very fresh.
For nighttime moisturizing, I also use a moisturizing toner from Specifics Skincare line, it's cucumber and it's pretty good, I like the way it leaves my skin. To finish the night moisturizing routine I use Ponds S Cream, which is the only night cream from the drugstore products that doesn't cause me allergies and helps me a lot to moisturize.
For the moisturizing routine it is not necessary to have toners, but since I use them as a moisturizer I have included them in this step.
3| Proteger
3| Protective
Una de las cosas más importantes es protegernos porque aunque no lo parezca no solo es la protección contra los rayos del sol, si no que también las luces de los teléfonos, bombillos y demás emiten rayos de los cuales nos protegemos cuando usamos protector solar; en mi caso uso el Protector Solar de Biorganical con un SPF de 50+, tiene fragancia a coco y además es resistente al agua y al sudor, por lo que dura todo el día.
Recuerden que es importante también retocar cada 4 horas, a mi me ha ido muy bien usando este protector solar así que no pienso cambiarlo por ahora.

Remember that it is also important to touch up every 4 hours, I have done very well using this sunscreen so I don't plan to change it for now.
