Yeah those are some great questions. Based on the flat earth map, it's possible to sail/fly around the world. Antarctica in this model is a wall around the outside. Some claim it's why it's off limits

The struggle is real when sticking to a healthy diet, especially when in America. Bad food is so acceptable it makes it hard to stay disciplined with the change of scenery. Glad you're back on track. Love
