I am a Myanmar citizen. It is one of the countries in Southeast Asia. Asian food is interesting. They invent and cook a variety of fried and grilled dishes.
In Myanmar, a variety of salads are available everywhere. Today we would like to share some of the salads our friends bought.
ကမ္ဘာပေါ်မှာ မတူကွဲပြားတဲ့ လူမျိုးစုတွေရှိသလို သူတို့ စားသုံးတဲ့ အစားအစာတွေကလည်းမတူညီကြပါဘူး။ လူမျိုးစုတွေကို လေ့လာရင် အတော်စိတ်၀င်စားဖို့ ကောင်းသလိုပါပဲ အစားအစား အမျိုးအစားများစွာဟာလည်း စိတ်ဝင်စားဖို့ကောင်းပါတယ်။
ကျွန်တော်ကတော့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား တစ်ယောက်ပါ။ အရှေ့တောင် အာရှ နိုင်ငံများထဲမှ နိုင်ငံတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အာရှ အစားအစာတွေက စိတ်ဝင်စားဖို့ကောင်းပါတယ်။ သူတို့က ချက်ပြုတ်တာ အကြော် နဲ့ အကင်များစွာကို တီထွင် ဖန်တီးပြီး စားသောက်ကြပါတယ်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာတော့ အသုပ် မျိုးစုံကို နေရာဒေသ မရွေးမှာ ရရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒီနေ့တော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ သူငယ်ချင်းတွေ ၀ယ်စားဖြစ်တဲ့ အသုပ်လေးတွေကို မျှဝေပေးချင်ပါတယ်။
