HBD almost reach the pack price (0.367) that has rise a lot since last week, rewards are pretty good but mostly comes from the auto voters so new post may have less Author Reward value.

We finally got comments that want to participate on the giveaway and one of them follow the instructions like choosing the cards he wants to win, so him automatically win the price:

Why we need to save Splinterlands:

This Giveaways series to save Splinterlands has started, As I mentioned on my previous posts the biggest problem of splinterlands right now is the oversaturated card market(too much cards for very few player), it is the main problem that is causing lots of others problems, I explained more detailed on this post: https://www.splintertalk.io/@caimanx/save-chaos-legion-save-splinterlands

But for a fast resume: the low prices of the cards will drag everything down with them, almost free to rent maxed out cards will make impossible for SPS to go up, if you can go to max leagues for almost nothing the amount of SPS your earn there will be almost nothing as well, Pretty bad for sells: few people will buy packs for the company for 4$-5$ if they could just buy Chaos legion cards for 0.35$.(and it keeps going down), Packs bad Reputation: they used to be one of the best investments, now they are not even consider an investment anymore, an incredible high negative ROI: new people coming will see how much people has lost by investing on Chaos Legion.

DEC will follow the card price because of their burn value and if DEC some how rise making the cheapest cards profitable to be burn , people will buy and burn reducing the price of DEC again.

To make it simpler: Splinterlands need money to keep everything working, how Splinterlands get money? by selling cards, if it can not sell enough cards the company will no longer exists. With the over inflation of cards will be harder to sell each time as we can see it with the current set.

Unfortunately the developer team and a lot of people that could help does not see this as a big problem, so the only way to fix it will be by doing ourselves, with a Proposal or something even more personal like this Giveaway.

Save Splinterlands GiveAway:

This Giveaways will try to have as much winners as possible, they will increases together with the amount of packs buying with the post reward, in a future I plan to most the participants earn a price making it a lot more fun to participate than a normal giveaway.

It will use 100% of the post earning HBD reinvested in buying Chaos Legion Packs until the price reach 2$ or more , after 5 or 6 giveaways it will have to change if the HBD does not reach the current pack prices.
The HP Earning from the post will be saved and used for a Proposal that can solve the problem or help a lot more than a giveaway series. Also could be used for tournaments that will promote the idea of fixing the inflation card problem maybe someone on the team or someone else realize how important is and decided to help. In case I see there is no chance for the proposal been approved I will not waste the DEC and would make something else with it, in case you are wondered for the apparently cards inflation does not count for a sponsored proposal, I already check with Clayboyn.
The Giveaway will star showing a pack opening allowing players to chose 2 cards from it for 2 different winners as long as there are 5 or more valid participants otherwise there will be only 1 card for 1 winner, if the post get higher rewards than the pack price, packs opening per giveaway will increases and the number of winner will increases as well. I will keep the rest of the cards that was not used as price and will use them for future prices where all or most participants will earn a price.
Most cards of the opening packs will be availed to pick even legendary ones with a few exception like All Legendary Summoners, Golden Epics, Golden Legendary, Golden Summoners, as they can help a lot more for the Giveaway if I rent them or just sell them, plus this 3 cards Obsidian, Kelya, Baakjira, All this cards will show with a Red X and will not be able to chose for prices.
Packs opening will always use both potions, this will not increases the amount needed to buy packs I will just use potions from my account until I run out of them.
To participate will always require a condition like right certain word on the comment, so you will have to read the posts or at least the conditions, this also will help with the bots.
Rewards will be given to the winners selecting randomly when the next giveaways post come out, the plan is making it every 2 to 4 days depending on the rewards, for the first one probably will be 7 days to check well the numbers.
Not bots or multi account will be allowed, one comment per person, any try of cheating will make you unable to participate in all future giveaways.
Any extra contribution to my account will be appreciate and I will use on the best possible way to accomplish the goal of increasing cards value.

Yes I know very well that this is like trying to wet the desert with a glass of water, but some thousands glass of water can do the trick, with enough followers we can do it or someone else with a lot of followers can copy the idea and do it a lot easier.
