Well, the connections can actually get the jobs, but the truth is that the person will never be relevant or satisfied with what they are offering. Though they can go out there to try to fake happiness, truly, certificates and skills can perform the magic. If an individual is unable to get a job with their certificates, the skills acquired over time will pave the way, while the certificate can still come in later. Getting the certificate and acquiring soft or hard skills will go a long way in paving the way for us.
