1️⃣ I invite you to see yourself where you want to be, and not where others have placed you or think you ought to be...

Hello #ladiesofHive, is like you are a mind reader. Just this afternoon, I was home alone, away from the world's noise and got entrenched in a deep reflection about my life, perspectives, goals and aspirations. Where I am presently, the things I have done to improve myself this year, and where I want to be.

While I was in this state, I forgot to login to participate in a meeting because I was looking for some answers as to why some certain things have not happened and what I need to do to make them happen. This was the state I found myself this afternoon. However, that time passed with so many unanswered questions while I waked with the realities on ground. They were just two opposing syndicates: my dream versus my realities.

Growing up, I do see myself as a high flyer, I don't easily give up and most times I don't take a no for an answer. I always believe that there must be a way out. However, because of that spirit of resilience, many misconstrued that to being stubborn. Irrespective of that fact that, there are several occasions where I have strategically pushed through some difficult terrains that seemed impossible to the amazement of the spectators. Other times, I also allowed suggestions that I feel won't turn out well to pull through for learning purposes.

So, I see myself as a solution provider and looked forward to being a patriotic team of a kickcass service delivery professionals who assist employers and employees to thrive in a win-win situation in business growth, development and organisational design.

However, my parents wanted me to be mission teacher in one of the schools owned by our church. On the other hand, my friends believed I would make a good lawyer and have rallied round several times to push that narrative, however it went south. So, it was a tug of war getting to where I am today as I have to switch career twice to finally settle for my current career profile.

So I can say that my life is a mixture of my big dreams, my parents wishes, my friends ideas and finally my reality. Through this waves of evolving, I never gave up on my dreams rather, I kept an open mind, learning and unlearning, transforming into the person I am today while I haven't lost focus to my big picture.

In conclusion, I am still work in progress, in my realities but yet to get to that my big picture. Thank you for stopping by.
