I've just recieved news (thanks to 
Although I never really used it, I would rate it as one of the better bots as they actually have standards as to what can and can't be promoted.
On the other hand, as they had standards, I think this has lead them to the decision of closing it, because seeing how voting bots are going, I'd guess most decent people are wrapping up or have wrapped up their bot operations, due to the intentions of newsteem.
It's sad to see it go, but viva la #newsteem.
