The Great Basil's beautiful crown! Unfortunately I did some reading and have discovered that this part of my basil needs to be trimmed. It looks so beautiful I don't know if I have the heart to cut it off. But if it's for the longevity I think I will be forced to cut it off. The Great Basil gets one more night with it's crown and then off with it's head. (MEGAPLANT will be quite pleased when he gets to witness his first execution)

Had to raise my lights again, the first section of the stand is now fully extended. MEGAPLANT apparently decided to have another growth spurt this weekend and ended up with one branch extending temporarily above the lights. Not much happening on my new plants, miniplant is just starting to peek out of it's pod while mystery plant hasn't sprouted yet and could still be another full week away from sprouting.

As a side note, I'm a pretty big fan of today's photo and I might start trying to be a bit more creative with my photography.
