A great and abrupt culling has occured, poor MEGAPLANT. I will tidy it up a bit over the next few days. MEGAPLANT was just out of control and I felt I had to intervene. I didn't follow proper harvesting procedures and opted for a quick slice right in half. MEGAPLANT never saw it coming.
Here's the pile of parsley that I ended up with. I've elected to freeze it for now since I don't really have any uses for parsley at the moment. Hopefully I will need it for some cooking in the near future.
Crazy to see how much larger than the other plants MEGAPLANT still is even after getting chopped in half. I'm thinking that even in it's current state MEGAPLANT will remain the king of the garden.
