So much growth over the weekend! My basil plants each jumped up quite a bit. I think I'll be doing some trimming at some point this week just to reign in MEGAPLANT a little bit. Temperatures outside are well into the negatives now so my little winter garden is my only place left for fresh grown herbs. My wife has been itching for a fresh supply of basil for her pasta sauce, I'm thinking she might get a little harvest by the end of the month.
So happy with my results so far, this project has been a lot of fun for me and I can't wait to continue sharing it with you and maybe even adding more projects in the future.
