TIMBER! My poor tomato plant has flopped right in half! There aren't even any tomatoes growing. Looks like I have another reason to try and move my tomatoes out of the hydroponics unit now. I can't believe this plant is doing this right now.
I need to go back and look at some old picture to see how long the plant has been like this. The way it's angled I thought it was a plant growing right out of the little pots beside the winter garden. A closer inspection makes it look like the tomato plant has actuall started to grow back upwards after the big flop over. It's so crazy how plants can do things like that.
I hope the big bend hasn't damaged my plant. I would be pretty sad if the plant died after growing for so long with no tomatoes produced.
