I think the time has come for the first tomato to be harvested. I want my wife to do the honors so I'm going to see if she would like to try a fresh, straight off the vine tomato tomorrow. That's quite the mouthful, tomato tomorrow, tomato tomorrow. I hope she enjoys it!
The basil is also ready for another harvest and I'm going to try and find someone to give this round to. I do like fresh basil but these plants have just been producing faster than I can manage to use it. Always pretty easy to find someone to take some and I'm happy to give it away.
