I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it to the extend where I turned it into a year long challenge were I try to find a good balalnce between health, work and my personal life...
After sleeping badly it turned out to be one of those days I was not up to much. I still went on my regular morning run, did my 200daily reps and resisted my temptations but aside from that I spend pretty much the entire day on my couch watching the Wimbledons Mens semi finals. The match against Isner and Anderson became the longest semi final in wimbledon history with 6+ hours. I really wanted to go on an evening run, but the Nadal vs Djokovic match was just too good.
The 200 reps seem to ask less effort compared to the start of the week and the idea to really build my body beyond the point where it's mainly for health reasons is starting to catch on to me. Knowing I could easily do it and the confidence boost that would come along with it makes it more and more as something I really might want to do. since I have no issue eating a proper diet I would just have to turn everything up a notch.
