Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area, which was added to the World Heritage List in 1992, was stricken by a 7.0-magnitude quake last August, but it is about to partially reopen to tourists on Thursday.
The scenic area will limit the number of tourists at 2,000 per day.Meanwhile, the scenic area will close its roads between 10:00 p.m. and 6 a.m. to ensure the safety of drivers and tourists.
