Hello splinter nerds
Christmas was here but now gone, it was fun as i get to spend the day with one of the amazing hiver i know quduus1, we had fun at one of the shoprite in our city, we are the one that really enjoyed this christmas celebration....
We left there around 5p.m, man must survive and not by playing all day, there must be time created for fun and time for work and that was how we ended the jolliment on a good note, hope we will be in good health and fine for the next christmas....
This week splinter lands battle challenge is about a life splinter monster called PRISMOLOGIST, she is a warrior who has learnt the skills of battle and her practice of magic made her worthy of the battle field with her amazing abilities....
She possess 3 abilities which are :
The blast ability is one of the key ability on splinterlands, players tend to love summoners or monsters having this ability due to the advantage of wrecking more damage to other monster in the opponent team after the targeted monster...
The Forcefield ability is a powerful one, i love to place the prismologist at the last position because it is a range power monster and range don't attack in the front position except the rules of the battle state otherwise, so while being placed at the very end, those sneaky monsters with high melee power face difficulty in eliminating it especially the sandworm, so prismologist is not just a good fighter but also good at defense....
The Silence is the last but not the least ability, it works effectively against the opponent magic monsters by reducing their magic power by 1, so prismologist is a fighter, defender and a supporter... 3 in one!
I had a battle with NITEKICHI in an up to eleven rule set, which means all the monsters have amplify ability, a big disadvantage to any of us if we use monsters with either magic reflect, fire squad or thorns and the opponent use monsters those reflect affect...
He used the Earth splinter while i came up with the life splinter, i had to be careful in my choice of monsters selection because of the amplify rule, so i used a summoner that won't let the opponent magic penetrate my armored monster and i placed shield bearer as my tank, it has fire squad and huge armor and his taunt ability means he would be the only one being attacked until he died except the enemy use a monster with the scattershot ability....
My rear monsters must also be able to survive the battle rule, so i didn't use too many magic monsters in case the opponent comes with magic reflect, the two magic monsters i use have the ability to resurrect and that will be useful to resurrect my shield bearer incase it get taken down with heavy force of attack from the opponent...
The Corsair bosun was in the second position and it stand as a strong support for the shield bearer as it has reflection shield that protect him from any kind of blast from the opponent and lastly is my ``prismologist which helps to silence the opponent magic, i was not expecting him to come with full magic because of the rule but i guess he knew what i would be thinking and did exactly what i thought he would do, i was lucky because i took precaution and still use a silence just incase the unexpected happen....
It was almost a flawless victory but i lost my High priest darius towards the end of the battle!
