Geetings splinterfwens and HIVEees! Hoping you are all good and having the best day on your life right now! Life is too short to just live it off with stress and sad things all day long. We really have to put out those things that will lessen our life specially if, like me, already reached middle age. Bette to live with smile and happy thoughts even it is hard living nowadays. Well, let me just continue this blog with what it is intended to, sharing my guild brawl experience and gains and a bit of thoughts for some battle experience.
Winning 7 out of 8 battles is a good thing for sure. I still came short with a perfect score. Luck still also play with your battles in guild brawl. Specially with Quora is banned on your side while your opponent can use it. That's why I say luck really play some part doing the Guild Brawls.
The result base on collection power seems ordinary but for the cards itself, grabbed additional useful ones.
On this battle sample, I would like to emphasize the importance of speed in a battle. Well, its not that we can win in an instant fast enough if your team is faster than your opponent team. For sure there are certain factor s to consider specially if you add the rulesets plus your card collection. But still, speed is one crucial point on claiming victory. If your team can start disrupting your opponents team early, it is a good sign for victory in my opinion. If ever you are on the guild brawl with a Foundation cards limitation, you must be aware that the fire splinters for this collection contains the summoner that boost speed to its summoned monster units. We can also see this situation on Frontier rank battles that limits this battle to just foundation cards. Also, on this battle, Unprotected was being part of the ruleset which let me prefer to use Fire splinters rather than Dragon and Death splinters respectively. Main point was, melee and range attacks are not hindered by armor which is really a nuisance to those type of attacks. With armor on, melee and range attacks are damaging armor first before hitting the real life of a monster units. I like to use the magic damage dealers against armored guys but since it is not armored, melee attacks on a fast mode is really a good choice.
The set up of my team for this battle is Frankarsgard will tank while Chimney Wallstop will take the second spot. Lunaki Holwer was used to look cool I guess, but I just think it can be a good sturdy support for Ala'n Musketeer and Sturdy Axe Warden later. New Beluroc Aegis was used to disrupt attacks from my opponents team. I am also facing Fire splinters with this battle that I think got a messy line up. Just my opinion, no offensive thoughts here.
Ok, I wont prolonged more to what happen with this battle but in just round I think my team already captured the flag of victory. Removing my opponents team Gldius card while triggering the Bloodlust ability of mine is already a good description of victory here. So I guess you can understand what I mean.
