We are talking about true worship and what it truly means. This goes beyond just ceremony, tradition or those labours.
True religion, as already been explained from the scripture, is all about worshipping God, His presence. It's not just saying we are religious, but living in the way that reflects truly the teaching of God.
Controlling our tongues, choosing others for kindness, working in the life of righteousness, keeping ourselves, and learning to the truth. It's actually that we see the clarity that God has brought us from James 1-6, showing that religion without proper conduct is useless and empty.
We are now in a process that all through teaching on how to live, worship and behave, we have found the Church of God, so this pillar which is the ground of the truth. Worship is not just about images or ideas, or created things. It's about having time to honour the Creator, just as human one wants.
Brother Eli teaching always brings us back to that foundation, which is the Word of God. True religion is not invented by people, it is revealed by God. This lesson is a stone in my hand to examine our faith, keeping sure that it aligns with scripture, and it's time to worship God the way it seeks, and we must worship God with spirit and truth, and in obedience to God.
