Mary, thanks for getting this out. I was reading myself in this. I'm not quite at that point you are at, I have to let go at the moment. Those childhood scars sit deep and to detect them is not always easy. Detecting our triggers isn't easy either. It's a rather painful process. And it's a long way, worth it though.
