One year!

Is it time for a one-year-on-the-blockchain post?

I don't know but I will say something about it.

A year ago I clicked the button. Joined! After a short excursion into the ~~Steemit~~ world of wonders. Thank god I found a post about Steem vs. Hive.

I was shy and a bit awkward at the beginning but with the help of a few nice folks, you know who you are, Hive became a part of my life. In the beginning you always feel like a creep, commenting on strange peoples posts without appearing like a weird stalker 😂. After a while, if you stay authentic you will find some fellow Hiveians and become part of the family.

And a family it can be indeed. Equipped with some common sense "rules" but that's what's family's about. Fun, trust, compromises, commitment and loyalty, just to name a few traits that came across my path here and what makes Hive special.

The sun doesn't always shine on Hive but we can try to make it shine each for ourselves every day.

Amen lol.

What has changed ever since?

My piggy bank grew a bit, I made some friends and gained the one and other follower.

Thanks for that!

What did not change?

Me roaming the Hive. Even though I slowly find my places. I can just not stick to one place or can I? Diversity rules as this is the most fun.

So I will always be here and there, somewhere more, somewhere only once in a while.

Success? What about success here?

Well, my success is the folks I met in this fabulous ecosystem. I hope that sounds cheesy enough!

I sparked the idea of the #hivepum, which seriously was super nice. And what else could be better than finishing my first year on the blockchain with getting that damn badge ?! Finally lol.

There is one thing I regret though. That I missed a few months due to technical issues and the devil in person. Remember, that chick. Even though I helped out voluntarily, she cost me here.

Should have stuck to bros before hos lol!
