Robert Kiyosaki is the one in your story. He wanted to buy a Porsche. And he had the money. But, his wife, and his rich dad thinking, said to use that money to buy an asset. So, he got some land and worked part of it to pay rent, and that rent paid for the Porsche.

I highly suggest reading his books. Although his ones about real estate are not accurate anymore.

Poor lady. This is one of the problems of getting crypto-rich, or winning the lottery. You don't know how to make it back. You are terrified of losing it. Most "rich" people, could lose everything, and then make it all back. It is their mindset, and their skills.
