having a choice is key

The govern-cement does not want you to have a choice.
They consider your children to be theirs.

And they need them to be in school to be indoctrinated to be good robots.

This home schooling thing is getting quite out of hand.
Pretty soon only children of poor single mothers and orphans will go to govern-cement schools.
