They classify someone as bad, then all HR has to accept that they are bad.

Even if no one saw you, including the police.... but it was just assumed.
You now have to register as as sex offender, and cannot live or work near a school.

The system is designed to grind people up.

Like calling men who cannot pay child support (because the court took away their license) as deadbeats.
